The hotel offers a bus service for a small fee it drops you right at terminal 1. The beds featured amazing pillows and sheets ensuring good rest before my flight. The coffee machine produced excellent coffee every morning. I found customer service to be really good during my brief stay.
The air conditioning was not fully functional I had some trouble regulating the room temperature

the breakfast buffet had a nice selection of items. having a drink in the lobby was quite convenient after a long day. the staff was friendly and helpful (always a plus!). i found a few restaurants and a grocery market within reasonable walking distance.

the plugs were near the bedside, convenient.
i found the lack of parking quite bothersome. when i checked in around 7:30 pm, the hotel had seemingly booked all spots in the garage and the side lot. it made things difficult.

The hotel is a short walk from the airport, very useful after a long flight. Check-in was quick. The staff was friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the 24/7 reception. It provided convenient access to drinks and snacks.
The cooling system in my room was not very effective, so the room felt a little warm.

The check-in process was quick. the staff demonstrated genuine friendliness and were helpful. the room included everything i needed and was kept very clean. The bed was comfortable. there's a convenient shuttle service and walking access to the airport.
during my visit, i noted that contacting the reception from the room was not possible.

the room had everything i needed for a restful stay , including a super CLEAN bathroom. the lobby bar being open at all hours was REALLY convenient for getting a coffee at any time.
my room was a little SMALL , but i made it work for my short stay.
